RFP-799A - Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program Management (Parttime)

Summary of Specifications:
The Ann Arbor Housing Commission (AAHC) seeks proposals from qualified individuals, organizations or firms to provide PART-TIME coordination and case management for its Family Self Sufficiency Program (FSS). Respondents may submit proposals for either or both disciplines. The AAHC currently has approximately 25 families enrolled in the FSS program. The AAHC seeks to bring skills to the program that we cannot provide on staff. The FSS program at AAHC is in need of updating in both procedures and practice and must grow in its enrollment. The FSS Coordinator’s responsibilities would include assisting AAHC in “reinventing” its FSS program; general oversight of the program, including identifying service providers in the community; and coordination of the various components required to carry out the objectives of the FSS program. The Coordinator will work directly with AAHC’s financial advisor and data systems provider to assure that both financial and management records are maintained in accordance with program requirements.
