Description

The City is soliciting bids from qualified, licensed and experienced contractors to construct approximately 11 miles of underground fiber-optic backbone network (“fiber backbone”) in the Downtown Development Authority District (“DDA District”). Engineering design for the fiber backbone has been completed. Construction prints will be distributed to interested bidders after a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is fully executed. An electronic Bid Form with a bills of materials (BOM) and units are included with this bid package as a separate Excel file. Detailed splice and termination drawings will be provided to the Contractor for backbone, lateral and site installations.
