The City of Ann Arbor is seeking the services of an agency (firm, nonprofit organization, private agency) for professional services from highly-qualified, architectural-engineering (AE) firms to ensure timely, fiscally responsible, and successful completion.
The City of Ann Arbor (“City”) seeks proposals for the programming, planning, design, and construction-phase services for second floor interior renovations and related areas to Fire Station No. 1 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The proposed renovation of the second floor is due to a significant portion of the floor being vacated by the relocation of the Washtenaw Sheriff’s Office Metro Dispatch. The City seeks design teams with highly qualified personnel with extensive experience and expertise having previously provided programming, planning, design, and construction-phase services for projects
similar in purpose to this project.
