Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor is seeking the services of a contractor to provide preventive maintenance and repairs to approximately 44 forced air HVAC systems. The units range in size from 2 ton to 20 ton and are located in 21 buildings throughout the City of Ann Arbor. This bid is to cover a twice yearly preventive maintenance inspection and all regular and emergency repairs to these units. All clarification request submissions must be received no later than July 15, 2008, 1:00 P.M. The person making the request shall be held responsible for delivery and verification of receipt.
