A mandatory pre-bidders meeting and walk thru will be held on November 12, 2020 at 10:00am at 4160 Platt, Ann Arbor, MI 48108. The purpose of this meeting is to tour the site and to answer questions or concerns.
The pre-bid meeting is for information only. Any answers furnished will not be official until verified in writing by the Financial Services Area, Procurement Unit. Answers that change or substantially clarify the bid will be affirmed in writing via an Addendum. Copies will be posted online at BidNet/MITN and the City’s web site.
An agency may not bring more than two persons to the pre-bid meeting. It is strongly suggested that one of the two people in attendance for an agency be the intended primary contact for the agency if the contract is awarded to that agency.
