Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a FERC-approved Independent Dam Consultant to provide professional services to:

Complete a FERC Part 12 Inspection and Report for the Barton Dam Hydroelectric Project (FERC Project No. 3142) and the Superior Dam Hydroelectric Project (FERC Project No. 3152). Both the inspections and the reports must be complete by December 1, 2018.
Perform an economic analysis and prepare preliminary opinions of cost for different scenarios at the dams. The economic analyses must be complete by September 1, 2018.
