Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor Systems Planning Unit, Energy Office is soliciting bids to replace three hundred fifty-one (351) conventional light fixtures with LEDs for a variety of lighting uses at facilities throughout the city. This invitation is only for the purchase of fixtures and does not include installation, which will be performed by city staff. This bid is funded in part by an LED Demonstration Grant from the Michigan Department of Energy, Labor & Economic Growth and is subject to further American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) requirements discussed below.
