Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor is seeking to conduct energy audits (ASHRAE Level II equivalent) for multiple City-owned facilities. Total number of facilities in this project will be determined based on cast and other considerations. It is anticipated that as few as ten (10) sites will be included, ranging from light office uses to more energy-intense locations (e.g., high-use parks facilities that include pools and/or ice rinks). Work and reports are to be performed and completed before June 30, 2017.
