Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor is seeking proposals from experienced individuals and firms to perform a needs assessment for a financial management system to replace current software solutions that are in place at the City. The web-based Financial Management System is intended to be an updated solution to improve the City’s functions and replace the City's currently installed AMS (American Management System) Advantage 2000 application.

Additionally, the City of Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County are considering collaborating enterprise resource planning systems. The needs assessment should encompass the feasibility of a collaborative effort of procuring a new system to include a financial management system to be shared by the City and County. While the City is not looking for an integrated human resources/payroll solution, the software must provide this functionality for the County.
