Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor's Procurement Office is soliciting bids for its estimated requirements of Oils and Grease.

This bid shall be composed of specific items only listed on Pages 9 and 10. The City of Ann Arbor has a fleet of over 400 vehicles and heavy equipment. Because the make up of this fleet changes, the City can not guarantee to purchase any specific quantities but does agree to purchase all its oils and grease needs from the winning vendor (except as outlined in this proposal).
