RFP-671 - Public Housing Family Site Supportive Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Ann Arbor Housing Commission (AAHC/the Commission) is seeking proposals for Public Housing family site supportive service programs for its Fiscal Year 2008, with a one year renewal extension based on satisfactory performance. The Fiscal Year runs from July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008. Funding for service programs are federal, and come from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) annual Capital Funds Program (CFP). Successful proposals must address the Commission’s needs and guidelines articulated in this Request for Proposals. 

All activities to be funded through this process must benefit AAHC public housing residents. All organizations must also collect and report data in accordance to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s newly adopted race/ethnicity categorical data. Organizations contracting with the Housing Commission must also comply with certain local requirements of the City of Ann Arbor Human Rights and Living Wage Ordinances. In addition, each organization must carry minimum Liability and Workers Compensation insurance.
