17-17 - Public Outreach and Marketing Plan for Utilities

The City is seeking qualified public relations and marketing firm/team to frame,
develop and execute a successful outreach and sustainable implementation plan for
future campaigns regarding public utility (i.e. drinking water, wastewater and
stormwater) related infrastructure and investments.
The City is seeking these services for a period of eighteen months, with the City
reserving an option to extend the contract term for up to two additional one-year
periods.
The Public Services Area Administrator and his/her designee will oversee the direction
and quality of work of this consultant.
