RFP-675 - REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL SERVICES

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor is requesting Proposals to be submitted to the City by June 25, 2007 from appraisers / appraisal firms who have experience in the preparation of appraisals of conservation easements and farmland and open space easements, as well as appraisals for the purchase, in whole or in part, of real property. (It is anticipated the land purchases will be of undeveloped or residential property rather than commercial properties.) Appraisers must be familiar with the Purchase of Development Rights and valuation of farmland and its development potential, as well as the purchase of property for purposes of use as parks. Appraisals must be performed by Certified General Appraisers.
