Summary of Specifications:
Sealed Bids will be received by the, Purchasing Division, Fifth Floor, City Hall, on or before November 10 , 2008 at 2:00 p.m., prevailing time for construction of The Residuals Handling Improvements Project . Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time. Work to be done includes the renovations to the solids processing system including building renovations, new equipment installation, existing equipment demolition - all while maintaining solids processing capabilities and all related work.
