Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a FERC approved Independent Dam Consultant to provide professional services to complete a FERC Part 12 Inspection and Report for the Superior Dam Hydroelectric Project (FERC Project No. 3152) and Barton Dam Hydroelectric Project (FERC Project No. 3142).

Both the inspection and report must be completed by December 1, 2013.
