Summary of Specifications:
The Ann Arbor Housing Commission is soliciting bids for snow removal for its sixteen (16) properties. The Housing Commission properties have been separated into two individually managed sites. Please review the Scope of Work sheet of appropriate site set-up for our East and West side AMP’s. Contractor must submit two prices; one for West side and one for East side properties. This contract is for services pertaining to FY09 only. The Housing Commission may renew this contract for two additional years independently for FY10 and FY11, respectively, not to exceed a total of three (3) years.
