Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor's Procurement Office is soliciting bids for the purchase of Sodium Hypochlorite to be configured as specified in this document. Any Bid which does not conform fully to these instructions may be rejected.

One (1) year period, to start approximately July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. The proposed agreement may be renewed for up to three (3) one (1) year periods provided that by 60 days prior to end of the contract both parties agree to an extension under the same terms and conditions as exist in the current contract. No further renewal shall be made.
