The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a firm to provide services to remove temporary cold patch asphalt and/or gravel and the installation of asphalt to permanently repair street cuts that have resulted from miscellaneous excavations. Additional scattered pavement repairs requiring milling and paving may also be assigned as needed.
