Summary of Specifications:
The scope of work to be done includes the delivery & installation of owner-supplied playground equipment, benches, picnic tables, mini-shelter, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, tree planting & mulching, and related site work.

Bid documents may be obtained on or after May 11, 2007 from the Procurement Office, Fifth Floor, City Hall, Ann Arbor, Michigan. A fee of $15.00 per set of documents will be charged. No refunds will be given for returned documents.

Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, or Bid Bond by a recognized surety, in the amount of 5% of the total of the bid price.
