18-17 - Third Party Administrator Services for Risk Management

The City of Ann Arbor has need of an outside claims administrator to provide claims adjusting
services for general liability, property, casualty, and auto claims. The contractual agreement for
Third Party Administration (TPA) services will not include worker’s compensation claims
administration. The Financial and Administrative Services Area Administrator is responsible for
the oversight of the Insurance Fund. The City’s Financial and Administrative Services Area
Administrator has selected a Risk Management consultant to assist the TPA with claims
administration.
