The City of Ann Arbor is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms, and/or teams, to provide Phase 1 Environmental, title search, and identify funding sources to achieve project goals.

The City is seeking these services for a period of six months. This consultant will coordinate work with City staff and Treeline Conservancy, a partner with the City on the project. The Public Services Area Administrator will oversee the direction and quality of work of this consultant.
