RFP-677 - WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM MASTER PLAN CONSULTANT

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor, Michigan, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a master plan for the drinking water distribution system. Such a plan is intended to look at current and future demands on the system. It must also evaluate the appropriate level of water quality and water quantity to ensure a sustainable water distribution system that is protective of the public health while meeting an acceptable level of service. Public engagement must occur to determine the desired level of service. 

This project has two major components: a primary component and a level of service component. While it is desired that one consultant will be chosen to complete both components, it is possible that more than one consultant will be selected based on their area of expertise. It is also possible that some items in the level of service component will ultimately not be included in the final scope of work. However, proposals should include both components.
