Summary of Specifications:
We are seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering consulting firms to perform the work necessary to design and competitively bid the reconstruction of the West Stadium Boulevard (Pauline to South Main). These roadway improvements shall include the reconstruction of the existing pavement from Pauline Boulevard to South Main Street, repair/replacement of concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks and ramps, and all required utility work.
