Notice Intent to Take Sealed Bids The City of Auburn Hills will accept bids up to 2:00 p.m. on April 16, 2007 at the City Clerk's Office, 1827 N. Squirrel Road, Auburn Hills, MI 48326, for the following: Contract for Weed Cutting As Defined By Code of Ordinances - Article II Sections 78-26 through 78-32 (Ordinance No. 417, 510 & 629) 1. Contractors bid must include cost of operators, required equipment, insurance, performance bond, travel and supervision. 2. Contractors must be able to provide service within 24 hours after work location notification commencing May 15, 2007, through October 15, 2007. 3. Contractor's bid will be the rate per hour for mowing all lots and parcels assigned. 4. Details of various other requirements will be attached. After thorough examination of all documents, please submit your bid on or before Bid Opening on April 16, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. The City of Auburn Hills reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
