ALTERATION COSTS PER ITEM ALL INCLUSIVE Pants – Hem Pants – Take in Seat of Pants Pants – Take in Waistband Pants – All Inclusive alterations (hem, pant seat, waistband) Pants – Replace Zipper Shirt – Shorten Sleeves Shirt – Take in Seams Shirt – All inclusive alterations (hem, pant seat, waistband) Shirt – Replace Zipper The duration of the contract will be for two (2) years with an option to extend the contract up to three (3) years. All prices quoted will be for the duration of the contract and no other changes will be paid by the City except those stipulated in this quotation. Each year, the vendor is to supply a new price list 30 days prior to the expiration of the contract. The vendor or the Fire Department has the option to terminate the contract with 30 days notice.
If the product is no longer available, the vendor shall notify the Fire Department to quote comparable products to what was listed in the original quote.
In submitting this proposal, it is understood by the undersigned that the City of Auburn Hills reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to let bids again, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the best interest of the City.
Bidder will identify business entity as individual, or if doing business under assumed name, indicate assumed name, partnership (naming partners) corporation, foreign or domestic (naming principal officers), and indicated official capacity of person executing proposal and bid.
