Upgrade current sound system for the City of Auburn Hills Community Center banquet rooms, Seyburn A and Seyburn B. Seyburn A and Seyburn B can be one full room or divided into two rooms.
Proposal should take into consideration current system and how to incorporate upgrades to be compatible to current equipment when possible.
The current sound system includes the capability for sound in full room and individual rooms.
Proposal should include wireless microphones, a lavalier system, Bluetooth capabilities, and hard-wired microphones for both full room and individual use.
Proposal should include 2-65” TV monitors.
Proposal is to include both the acquisition of required equipment and installation of said equipment.
Warranty of equipment and installation shall meet or exceed industry standards.
The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of design and construction from start to finish. While every detail may not be listed in the bid packet, it is expected that a qualified contractor will reasonably know what is expected to complete this project, and will include all necessary materials, labor, and services to complete the project.
Proposal recommendations to include sufficient detail including type of equipment, manufacturer, warranties, and time frame for project once awarded. Time frame to take into consideration lead time for orders, length of time to install equipment and complete project.
