Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the City of Auburn Hills to purchase three (3) Sets of High-Pressure Flat Form Air Bag Lifting Systems. Each system shall consist of one (1) dead man control console, capable of controlling three (3) air bags at one time, three (3) 22”x22” flat form raising air bags 22.7 ton capacity, one (1) regulator 6,000 psi maximum single stage, required amount of strap sets to secure bags together when inflated, required amount of multi-colored air line hose for air bags, and controller console to regulator, all lengths of air lines are to be 35 feet. The bid shall also include any shipping and handling cost. **A sub-quote is also requested with the items listed above, and shall include, three (3) hard shell cases with the ability to house the dead man control console, all air lines, regulator, and the in- line shut off relief valves.**

Triple Dead Man Controller Console: a. ability to inflate three (3) air bags b. neck and/or shoulder strap c. variable inflation speed controls
Air Lines: a. temperature rating: -40° F to +200° F b. multi-colored with safety couplers c. 35 feet in length per air line
Flat platform lifting bags, three (3) per system: a. size: 22”x 22” b. max lifting capacity: 22.3 US Tons max lifting capacity at 6.7” lifting height, (when flat) 8 US Tons c. thickness: not more than 1.1” d. inflation pressure 116 PSI e. test pressure: 145 PSI f. surface appearance: must have molded positive griping interlocking convex rubber dimples with a diameter not less than 0.4” g. must have two handles at each two sides h. must stay flat when inflated to the height of 6.7”. The flat surface at 6.7” must not be less than 11.4” x 11.4” i. must be able to put either two or three lifting bags of the same size on top of each other. j. the system of two lifting bags must have lifting capacity of minimum 7.4 US Tons at 13.4” lifting height while the system of three lifting bags must have lifting capacity of minimum 7.4 US Tons at 20” lifting height.
Regulator: a. single stage regulator, 6,000 maximum PSI
Connector Straps: a. straps with ability of securing three bags together while inflated
Optional Items: a. in line shut off relief valves, one per air line b. one hard shell case per system to store controller, regulator, all air lines, and shut off relief valves
