The top qualified firm(s) will be invited to interview. Persons attending the interview must be the personnel who will be assigned to the project. Background materials and information is available upon request. Qualification Requirements and Selection Criteria: (see attachment A) Scope of Work: The City of Auburn Hills is in need of an Economic Development Marketing Strategic Plan and implementation and creation of marketing materials for the City to support this plan for retention, expansion, and attraction of business. Auburn Hills has a long history of proactively attracting technology-based industries, such as: • Aerospace and Defense • Alternative Energy • Medical • High Technology We help cutting–edge industries establish operations in Auburn Hills through the effective use of tax abatements and an expedited permit review process. No Reimbursement for Proposal Costs: The City of Auburn Hills does not intend to pay for any information solicited or obtained. Further, the City will not be liable for any costs incurred in proposal preparation, presentation, or contract negotiations.
