RFQ-042308 - Real Estate Appraisal Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Auburn Hills is seeking qualified real estate appraisal firms or individuals to perform appraisals of various properties. The purpose of the appraisals is for ad-valorem property tax analysis. At a minimum, Appraisers should be licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with the State of Michigan, with preference for designation by a recognized appraisal organization such as the Appraisal Institute or the American Society of Appraisers. Please provide a resume of qualifications identifying the person(s) to perform the assignments and their credentials, along with a list of clients and details regarding experience with large commercial and industrial properties.
