Electronic proposals will be received by the City of Bay City Purchasing Department. Electronic proposals shall be in an un-editable PDF format and include an electronic signature. Proposals shall be sent to CityPurchasing@baycitymi.org and received until 2:00 p.m. (as measured by the City of Bay City computer timestamp) on Wednesday, May 20, 2020.
