  There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, Septemeber 28, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall located 301 Washington Avenue, Room 317m, Bay City, MI, followed by a site visit.  This meeting must be attended in order to submit a bid.  Bids will not be accepted unless bidder has attended the MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and signed the official attendance sheet.  Vendor names must be clearly visable on external container of submitted bid package and match the vendor's name entered on official attendance sheet.
