Summary of Specifications:
The project will consist of hydraulic dredging, dewatering, and disposal of approximately 4,000 c.y. of accumulated sediment from Quarton Lake; grading of the bottom of Quarton Lake; soil erosion control measures including turbidity curtain, catch basin inserts, silt fence, and straw blanket; plus other miscellaneous items of work necessary for a complete project, including construction of temporary site access, and site restoration. Bidders shall review and comply with all Contract Documents, and supplemental information, as defined in the Instructions For Bidders.
