Summary of Specifications:
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 4x4 Right Hand Drive Sealed bid proposals endorsed “2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 4x4 Right Hand Drive”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 1:00 p.m., Monday July 28, 2014 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
The specifications and standard features for the purchase of two (2) 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 4x4 Right Hand Drive 3.6L V6 VVT Gas engine with 5-speed auto W5A80 transmission are indicated on the attached sheets.
Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the attached specifications prepared by the City of Birmingham, Michigan Police Department. Specifications are available exclusively via the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 4x4 Right Hand Drive”. The date and time of the bid opening must be marked on the envelope.
The City of Birmingham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularity in a bid when deemed in the best interest of the City.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until a written purchase order has been delivered to the successful bidder.
