Sealed proposals endorsed "2021 Asphalt Resurfacing Project - 5-21(P)" will be recieved by the City of Birmingham, at the office of the City Clerk, located at 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, MI, untill 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 17th, 2021. The Proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud at the same time. Bids submitted after the exact time specified for receipt will not be considered.
