Sealed proposals endorsed “2021 MUNICIPAL PARKING STRUCTURE REPAIR
PROJECTS”, will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 151 Martin Street, PO Box 3001,
Birmingham, Michigan, 48012; until Friday, September 10, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at which time bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday
September 1, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. at the City of Birmingham Municipal Building, 151 Martin
Street, Birmingham, MI 48009 – City Commission Room 2nd floor. Bidders must register for
the pre-bid meeting by Tuesday August 31, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. by contacting Commander Scott

The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified
professional firms to furnish all labor, equipment, material and supervision necessary to
complete repairs as detailed in (3) municipal parking structures: Park St., Peabody St. and
Chester St. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications
contained in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) prepared on behalf of the City of Birmingham, Michigan
by Wiss, Janney, Eltner Associates, Inc. (WJE) of Southfield, Michigan.
The ITB, including the Specifications, may be exclusively obtained online from the Michigan
Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon
the City until an agreement has been executed.
