Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed "Purchase and Installation of ADA Compliance Doors for the Birmingham Ice Sports Arena Entrance, October 19, 2004" will be received at the office of the Assistant Director of Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 19, 2004, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The proposal will be for the supply, delivery, and installation of an ADA Compliance doors for the entry way of the Birmingham Ice Arena including the entrance from the foyer to the main lobby area, herein described in the specifications. The project is located at the Birmingham Ice Sports Arena located at 2300 E. Lincoln, Birmingham MI between Fourteen Mile and Maple Road east of Eton Road.
ATTENTION: This is a federally funded project. The contractor and subcontractors on this project must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents.
