Summary of Specifications:
CITY OF BIRMINGHAM SEALED PROPOSALS REQUESTED Sealed proposals endorsed "ASSESSOR DEPARTMENT COPIER" will be received at the office of the Assessor Department, 151 Martin, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 16, 2005, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read. The proposal will be for: (1)Color Copier/Printer/Fax/Scanner Specification and bid forms may be obtained at the Assessor Department, 151 Martin, Birmingham, Michigan or call 248-644-3814, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Envelope shall be clearly marked "Assessor Department Copier." The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until a written purchase order has been delivered to the successful bidder. All proposals shall specify terms and show delivery date. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; waive any irregularity in the proposals received; and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be most favorable to the interest of the City.
