Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Automotive Oil Products June 23, 2009” will be received at the office of the Assistant Director of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2009, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
