REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS For Adams Bridge Painting Project Sealed proposals endorsed “Adams Bridge Painting Project”, will be received at the Office of the Department of Public Services, 851 S Eton Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until May 2, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders will be required to perform a site visit to the area where the project will be performed. The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to paint the lower portion concrete walls of Adams Rd Bridge over the RR tracks just south of Big Beaver Rd on Adams in Birmingham. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
