Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed "Aggregates", will be received at the office of the Department of Public Service, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, MI 48009 until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 8, 2003, after which time no further proposals will be accepted and at which time those received will be publicly opened and read.

The proposal is to be for the furnishing of:

1) Approximately 2,000 tons of Class II Sand, conforming to Michigan Department of Transportation specifications. The successful bidder shall certify each delivery as conforming to State Highway Specifications. This may be done by stamping the delivery ticket or any other method acceptable to the City.

2) Approximately 600 yards of topsoil (50% topsoil/50% peat - double screened) in 35-50 yard delivery quantities.
