REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS For BALDWIN PUBLIC LIBRARY ADULT SERVICES FFE Sealed proposals endorsed “BPL Adult Services Renovation - FFE”, will be received at the Administrative Office of the Baldwin Public Library, 300 West Merrill Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until August 19, 2016 at 2:00 pm after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Friday, August 5, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in the Jeanne Lloyd Room of the Baldwin Public Library, 300 W. Merrill Street, Birmingham, MI 48009. Bidders must register for the pre-bid meeting by August 4 by contacting Doug Koschik at (248) 554-4681 or doug.koschik@baldwinlib.org. The Baldwin Public Library of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to perform FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) Services as part of the renovation of the Adult Services section of the Baldwin Public Library. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request For Proposals (RFP).
