Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Baldwin Public Library Copier” will be received at the Administrative Office of the Baldwin Public Library, 300 West Merrill, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., July 10, 2009, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened. The proposal will be for: (1) Black/White Copier/printer/fax to be used by public with coin op station Specification and bid forms may be obtained at the Administrative Office of the Baldwin Public Library, 300 West Merrill, Birmingham, Michigan or call 248-647-7339, Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Envelope shall be clearly marked “Baldwin Public Library Copier”

Upon completion of the bid opening no other information from participating vendors will be accepted. This includes written, e-mail and telephone/fax communication. All information contained in the bid must be complete at time of opening. If any information is missing the bid will not be considered. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the Library until a written purchase order has been delivered to the successful bidder. All proposals shall specify terms and show delivery date. The Baldwin Public Library Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; waive any irregularity in the proposals received; and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be most favorable to the interest of the Library.
