Summary of Specifications:
The Baldwin Public Library is accepting proposals from individual Vendors to plan and implement a website redesign as specified within this Request for Proposal.
Specifications and bid forms may be accessed or down loaded from the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) website (www.mitn.info), the Baldwin Public Library website (www.baldwinlib.org) or obtained at the Administrative Office, 300 West Merrill Street, Birmingham, Michigan.

All bid proposals must be received by 2:00 PM on September 5, 2008, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be printed, publicly reviewed and read. Proposals received after that date and time will be returned to the Vendor unopened. To be considered, Vendors must submit their proposal in a sealed envelope or package with original signature, clearly marked with the Vendor’s name and address, and the words "Website Update-(company name)." A single proposal will be received for all work to be performed. A single vendor must serve as the prime contractor for all items contained in their proposal.
The Library reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals received, waive informalities, or accept any proposal it deems to be in the Library’s best interests. The Library is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or bids.
The Library is not obligated to reimburse responding Vendors for any expenses incurred in preparing or submitting proposals in response to this request, nor is the Library responsible for such expenses. All such expenses are solely the responsibility of the Vendor.
