Sealed proposals endorsed “Barnum Park Arch Landscape Enhancements, Birmingham, MI”, will be received at the Department of Public Services Office, 851 S. Eton Street, , Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 2:00 p.m. May 31, 2018 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to install new plant materials, and all related work, including site preparation and irrigation installation. This RFP also includes building and installation of brick and precast benches. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
A mandatory pre-bid meeting with a question and answer session will be held on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 11:00 am at the work location, Barnum Park 746 Purdy, Birmingham, MI 48009. Bidders must register for the pre-bid meeting by 3 pm Monday, May 14, 2018 by contacting Carrie Laird, 248-530-1714, or claird@bhamgov.org.
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info .
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
