Sealed proposals endorsed “Barnum Park Field Improvements”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until Tuesday, August 15, 2017 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to refurbish 1 ball field: infield and outfield, and an open space area used for soccer at Barnum Park which includes adding material, laser grading to promote proper drainage, re-aligning bases, and seeding. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
