Request for Information We are requesting the opportunity to talk with contractors and/or design/build companies to have four baseball fields repaired before the upcoming baseball season. Most of these fields have flattened out and have severe drainage problems. The fields are located at Poppleton Park, St. James Park, Howarth Park, and Pembroke Park in Birmingham, Michigan.
