Sealed proposals endorsed “Birmingham Magazine,” will be received at the Birmingham Shopping District, 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until Friday, May 17, 2019 at 3:00 PM after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
The Birmingham Principal Shopping District (“BSD”) is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to provide printing, production, mailing and advertising services for the Birmingham Magazine for a period of two (2) years (one issue per year), starting with the 2019 Magazine, with an optional renewal for one (1) additional year. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham, 151 Martin St., Birmingham, Michigan 48009, ATTENTION: Ingrid Tighe.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City or BSD until an agreement has been executed.
