Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “PSD Santa Contract”, will be received at the Birmingham Principal Shopping District, 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 2:00 p.m. on April 28, 2017 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The Birmingham Principal Shopping District (“PSD”) is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to provide Santa Claus performances for its annual Santa House holiday event for up to fifteen (15) performance dates and desires to engage a coordinator to hire and coordinate the performance of these individuals. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham, 151 Martin St., Birmingham, Michigan 48009, and ATTENTION: Lori Rondello. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City or PSD until an agreement has been executed.
