Sealed proposals endorsed “Catch Basin Cleaning”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 12, 2018, after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
The Birmingham Department of Public Services seeks to contract with a qualified, experienced firm capable of cleaning approximately 2,365 catch basins throughout the city. Pricing proposals will be based on a per-unit basis, and shall include the hauling and off-site disposal of all waste in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. All proposals must also include an optional per-foot cost for jet cleaning of obstructed basin outlets, up to a maximum of fifty (50) feet, and only upon request. All work must be completed by June 1, 2018.

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
