Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed "City Tree Inventory” will be received at the Department of Public Services Office, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009 until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2012, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The proposal will be for performing tree inventory for City properties, including public right of ways, mowed and manicured parks, and golf courses by means of a tree management software program herein described in the specifications.

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until a Contract is executed by both parties. All proposals shall specify terms and show completion date. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; waive any irregularity in the proposals received; and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be most favorable to the interest of the City.
